I’m a bathroom remodeling contractor, and I use AQ Glass on all of my projects. Their quality is excellent, their prices are great, and they’re always easy to work with. The team is professional, reliable, and really pays attention to detail.

I’m happy I found AQ Glass and plan to keep working with them in the future. My clients are always very happy with their work, which says a lot.

Thanks, AQ Glass!

Ben and his team are great. Professional, efficient, transparent and honest. They installed two frameless showers in our home and they look great. There was a warranty issue on one of the glass doors that was the result of a manufacturing defect and they took care of it. I'd use them again in the future.

I couldn’t be happier with their service from start to finish. The team is professional, responsive, and clearly takes pride in their work. Our projects were always completed on time, the craftsmanship was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s refreshing to work with a local business that genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction.

A.Q. Glass did an amazing job for us up here in Kingsgate. Their staff was friendly, and it was simply the best work and value we could imagine. The materials they used were top of the line. The glass was so thick, and the door fit perfectly and smoothly. Great work!

Poor install and very poor quality glass shattered in 3 years due to defects. Confirmed by other glass vendors. No reply from Ben Capusan after multiple requests for them to stand by their work. Only attitude, so updating this review. Definitely a business to avoid despite the owner thinking customers are happy, what a joke.

We got our shower glass enclosures and steam shower done by AQ Glass and had a really great experience with these professionals. When shopping for quotes, I called and left a voice-mail requesting a quote. Ben got back to me via text right away, requesting pictures and details, and had a quote for me the same day. They then sent a tech out to measure and officially bid the job, and it fit in Ben's original estimate.

They were able to accommodate us for installation after only a week or so, and that went smoothly. One of the shower door handles they opened here had a manufacture blemish, so they ordered a new one and came out to install it a week later.

The crews we interacted with, the individual bidding the job, and those responding to us via email and text were professional, responsive, and straightforward. We really appreciate how well this went and highly recommend them.

Horrible customer service. First they installed the door and there was no overlap. Second visit that got fixed. Then the bottom rail where the glasses slide was not correct so that go fixed. The doors were completely reversed. I called Ben Capusan and he started arguing that the door was installed correctly and started yelling that I should go to home depot and look at installation. He is a kind of person who would not let you talk and will cut you off and constantly argue without any bases. I repeatedly requested him to come and take a look since it's not easy to explain over phone. He even said that "you don't install shower door so you have no idea what you are talking about" If this is the attitude I wouldn't recommend installing glass doors with this company.

The made and is allied glass in my shower and when asked if they knew where the glass when the rolled their eyes and said yes. Then installed the glass on the wrong side - the came back and put the glass on the right said but it left a visible hole in the tile. We communicated via text for four months to try to get this corrected and never could get anything worked out. Ben never picked up his phone until today in which he said, go ahead and get someone else to fix it. He said he wouldn't pay more than a certain amount to fix it, and it would take five months to give me a check to cover the cost of his mistake. He was indignant, took no responsibility for the work his people did. I would never recommend him to anybody with the lack of communication and responsibility he takes for the "quality" of his work and follow through.

Extremely unreliable and unresponsive company. First, they NEVER picked up calls. I have been calling them over 2 weeks over 10 times and no response.

Second, I scheduled an appointment with them on Friday afternoon, locking down a timeframe by email. They emailed me on Thursday 11am and said they want to come at 12pm, an hour beforehand. And they emailed me instead of calling. I emailed back and said I couldn't make it and let's stick to the original Friday appointment. No response at all (no email or calls).

On Friday, which is our original appointment time, they didn't show up. They didn't respond to the email nor picked up the call. I had to wait there for hours for them. Horrible company and unreliable team. Ben! Pick up or return the calls and actually go to the appointments that were made.

If you want to trust your thousands dollar project with this kind of company, use them at your own risk. Imagine if something goes wrong, how would you even find them.

AQ glass installed a new shower panel and door. They gave a quote right away, measured the space that same week and had it installed about two weeks later. Looks great and nice people to work with.

We just finished completion of master bathroom shower enclosure with Ben of AQ Glass. Other firms advised us we would have to wait 7-8 weeks with no guarantee we would get it done before 2022. Ben quoted us 5 weeks and with the premium low iron glass we wanted. AQ Glass came through on time and budget. They had the best price of all four companies we contacted.
Their install team was professional and efficient. Thank you Ben and team.

Most everything on website is fabricated. Customer service was terrible with no follow up. It took three visits to install the shower door and on the third and final visit they cracked the newly installed glass tile and the owner blamed it on the tile company. the owner has refused to visit and view the site. We are now in a position to accept the damaged job or go to small claims court.

I couldn't believe how fast Ben was with both the estimate appointment and then installation. The entire process only took a week, even with ordering custom doors! They look beautiful!
